When a playboy bunny, Shelly Darlingson (Anna Faris) is falsely tossed out of the mansion because she is twenty-seven years old, she has nowhere to go until she falls in love with the girls from the Zeta Alpha Zeta sorority. The members of the sorority, who also have got to be the seven most social outcasts on the planet, are about to lose their house. They need at least thirty sorority pledges to keep the house, so they decide to let Shelly move in and be their house mother to help recruit new sorority sisters.
