Director: Ti West
Starring: Sara Paxton, Pat Healy and Kelly McGillis
MPAA Rating: R (for some bloody images and language)
My Rating: 6/10
Synopsis from IMDb: On the last weekend the Yankee Pedlar Inn is open, two employees are determined to reveal the hotel's haunted past begin to experience disturbing events.
Review:
This was the first Ti West film I've ever seen, and while impressed with the ending I felt the movie to be extremely slow. The hotel was haunted, everyone knew it but no one had the proof, until Claire (Sara Paxton) decided she wanted to find it before the place closed for good.
I recommend this one but you have to have patience, the initial hour is very slow but once you hit the climax, it's worth it to finish it off.

I have yet to see this one, but his HOUSE OF THE DEVIL is also a "slow burn" movie--long on slow, but short on burn. It's dreadfully boring.
